The Drive Methodist Church

Thank you for your interest in hiring our premises. We have a number of rooms and halls which are available for community groups holding regular meetings or events. Before showing you our facilities and charges, we need to know something about your requirements:-

We are sorry, but we ONLY accept requests for REGULAR bookings and are not able to accommodate 'one-off' events, such as parties, meals, celebrations, meetings etc.

If you represent an organisation or community group and have an exceptional reason for requesting a one-off event, please contact our Bookings Secretary by email with FULL DETAILS of your proposed event

If your enquiry is for a regular (e.g. daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly) booking for a community activity we have rooms of varying size available for hire. A full description of each room, together with photographs can be found by clicking on the room names below.

Cranbrook Room	Seated - up 30 people Exercise classes - 12	£22.00 (includes use of kitchen)
Valentines Room	Seated - up 12 people (not available for exercise classes)	£13.00
Parlour	Seated - up to 30 people Exercise classes - 18	£28.00 (includes use of kitchen)
Notes	No part of the premises is let on Sundays. Premises must be vacated by 10:00 p.m. All betting and gaming is prohibited. No alcoholic drinks are permitted anywhere on the premises. Hirers must provide photo ID e.g. passport or driving licence and evidence of current public liability insurance. If the activity is for children or vulnerable adults, a Safeguarding Policy is required.
